This website is used by short-term loan licensees in the Commonwealth of Virginia to access a statewide short-term loan database. Section 6.2-1800 et seq. of the Code of Virginia, Short-Term Loans, requires all short-term loan licensees to access this database in order to determine whether a potential borrower is eligible for a short-term loan. Short-Term loan licensees must also enter loan related information into the database in accordance with § 6.2-1800 et seq. of the Code of Virginia and regulations promulgated by the State Corporation Commission. The requirement to use the database became effective on January 1, 2021. In order to access the database, you must be licensed under § 6.2-1800 et seq. of the Code of Virginia and have an assigned User ID and Password.
